Date: 1962
History: It is likely that holes-in-one were recorded from our establishment in 1924. Unfortunately, our records for holes-in-one only start from January 1962. However, we have earlier examples such as a hole-in-one trophy from 1949, which was kindly donated by the Hinds family.
Rules: A players name will be placed on the honour board if they achieve a hole-in-one in a members competition. Tradition dictates that, upon achieving a hole-in-one, the player can ring the bell in the Clubhouse, a privilege normally reserved to just the President or Captain, and they shout the bar to celebrate their achievement.
