Date: 1950
History: Like the Men’s and Ladies Foursome Championships, it is likely that the Mixed Foursomes Championship was held earlier than 1950 but unfortunately, for this competition, our honour boards start at 1950. The Mixed Foursomes Championship Trophy started in 1984.
Rules: Mixed Foursomes are to be played on Sunday over 27-holes. Each group will be made up of a male member and a lady member and will be played in three groups of two players. Each tee shot is to be played by the alternate player. It is up to the players to determine if the male or ladies tee of first. Each shot is to be played by the alternate player. The major trophy is the best scratch score over the 27 holes. The major trophy must be won by full playing members of Palm Beach Golf Club. The net trophy can be won by a full playing member or nine-hole member. The Mixed Foursomes Championships are to be played from the plates.
